The service

Sathi AI answers customer messages and processes orders on your behalf across connected messaging platforms. One AI reply equals one AI message sent to a customer, counted across all conversations.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly. Unused replies do not roll over. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page; changes take effect immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for spam, deceptive marketing, or any content that violates the policies of the connected platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) or the laws of Bangladesh.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits arising from platform outages or AI responses; you remain responsible for reviewing orders before fulfilment.
