What we collect

Account details (email, business name), your product catalog and FAQs, and the customer conversations your connected pages receive. We use conversation content only to generate replies and order records for you.

How we use it

To operate the service: answering customers, processing orders, showing your sales dashboard, and sending you notifications. We never sell your data or your customers' data.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete products, FAQs, and conversations at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.
